This auger motor is designed to fit Traeger grill models like the Traeger 070, 075, Texas Elite Series, Pro 22, Pro 34, Lil Tex Elite Series, Camp Chef smokers, and Pit Boss Wood Pellet Grills (EXCEPT PTG).

Upgraded Auger Motor

• Special Features: Provides high voltage and high-temperature resistance, making the motor more durable and resistant to heat.

Easy to Install

• Steps: Simply remove the hopper, take out the old or damaged motor, and install the new one as before.
• Overall: Minimal effort for a hassle-free installation.

Maintain Feed Tube

• Cleaning: Regularly clean the auger tube to prevent sawdust accumulations.
• Process: Blow out the tube with compressed air from the fire pot end, ensuring the hopper is empty.
• Importance: Essential to prevent sawdust jams that can damage the auger motor.

When to Replace the Auger Motor

• Symptom: If hardwood pellets are not feeding into the firepot properly.
• Solution: Replace the auger motor to ensure efficient operation.

Charging the Auger

• Process: Add a small amount of pellets to the hopper and a handful of pellets to the igniter in the fire pit to charge it.
• Timing: Charges are slower for long auger tubes, with the controller stopping pellet feeding after five minutes if the fire does not ignite.
• Reset: Turning off and then back on will reset the igniter sequence.
• Confirmation: Once charged, you’ll see pellets dropping into the firepot.
